Extended Care FAQ
- Summer Camp Extended Care is an option for Sycamore families, providing full-day supervision and care for those children participating in just an AM or PM Sycamore summer camp.
- Summer Camp Extended Care is open to any current Sycamore students (and their siblings) who have registered for a Sycamore summer camp during the same week. Extended Care is not available for non-Sycamore students.
- Students must be enrolled in a Sycamore summer camp, the same week they attend Summer Camp Extended Care.
- Students (Non-Sycamore & Sycamore) who are participating in BOTH an AM & PM camp, in the same week, are able to participate in Summer Camp Extended Care.
- Summer Camp Extended Care opens at 7am and closes at 5pm.
- Summer Camp Extended Care costs $150 and is an add-on when registering for Sycamore summer camps.
- Yes, snacks will be provided during Summer Camp Extended Care.
- No, lunch is not provided. All students must pack a lunch from home.
- No, only students who are registered for a Sycamore summer camp can participate in Summer Camp Extended Care.
- Yes, students (Non-Sycamore & Sycamore) who are registered for both an AM & PM Sycamore summer camp in the same week will be able to participate in Summer Camp Extended Care at no cost.
- Drop-off and pick-up for Summer Camp Extended Care will be through the Sycamore School main entrance.
- Summer Camp Extended Care starts at 7:00am and closes at 5:00pm.
- Parents must walk their child to the designated Summer Camp Extended Care area for drop-off.
- 7:00-8:00 — All students to the main Quest room
- 8:00-5:00 — EC students to the LS music room / 1st & 2nd grade to the main Quest room / 3rd through MS to the Innovation Lab
- All students must be picked up no later than 5pm (please note the earlier pick-up time). The normal $5/minute fee will be applied to families who arrive after 5pm to pick up their child.
