Sycamore School uses Blackbaud Tuition Management for billing and payment of tuition and fees. View more information about Blackbaud Tuition Management.
2 Pay Plan — Half of tuition and fees are due by the first of July and the remaining half by early January.
10 Pay Plan — Payments are automatically initiated at the beginning of the month starting in July and ending in April. The fee for the 10 Pay Plan is $100 per student.
Ancillary fees such as Quest, After School Activities, and lunch are billed in the month following use or enrollment in the activity.
TUITION REFUND INSURANCE
Sycamore offers tuition refund insurance for families through A.W.G. Dewar. Tuition insurance may be purchased at a cost of 2.7% of the insured amount. The insured amount is the family’s net tuition and fee obligation, which is the full tuition and fee obligation minus any financial aid, if applicable. A family may consider purchasing tuition insurance if there is a possibility a student may need to be withdrawn mid-year due to a family relocation or due to other circumstances covered under the policy.
