Week 1: May 31st - June 3rd

May 31 - June 3, 8:30 – 11:30AM, Grades K and 1, Cost $144. Exploring chemistry + things you find in your kitchen = Kitchen Chemistry! Not all experiments need dangerous chemicals and fancy labs; you can explore science in your kitchen. We will be measuring and mixing, cooking and baking. Science in a kitchen is fun and tasty. Week 2: June 6th - June 10th

Campers will spend the week learning how to take risks, solve problems, and persevere as they create and tinker. Love to play soccer? Interested in learning about other sports such as golf, hockey or volleyball? Join our JumpBunch coach as they teach fitness and FUN, all while teaching students the skills of various sports. Soccer will have a focused time every day of camp with all other sports being changed each day. Universal skills of all sports will be taught in an interactive and non-competitive environment. June 6 - June 10, 8:30 – 11:30AM, Grades K through 2, Cost $180. Improve your young player’s fundamental basketball skills with this awesome sports camp! With 19 years of coaching experience at all grade levels, Coach Branigan will help participants learn to improve their footwork, dribbling, passing, and shooting through exciting drills, games, and activities. June 6 - June 10, 8:30 – 11:30AM, Grades 4 through 6, Cost $180. Hogwarts is coming to Sycamore!! After designing their wizarding world, students will attend classes like Potions 101, Care of Magical Creatures, Transfiguration, and Dueling during this spellbinding week. June 6 - June 10, 1:00 - 4:00PM, Grades PreK - K, Cost $180. Leap into the science found in some of your favorite stories! Each day we will read a different story and then conduct hands-on science experiments to test the scientific accuracy, or explore the scientific elements of each story. June 13 - June 17, 8:30 - 11:30AM, Grades Preschool - K, Cost $216. Join Silly Hearts Yoga for Kids for a week full of movement, crafts and fun at Little Yogis camp! Every day Little Yogis will explore a variety of yoga postures using books, music, and animals as inspiration. Little Yogis will learn games incorporating the new yoga poses in order to keep them engaged with and excited about yoga and mindfulness. Campers will also spend time each day working on a yoga-related craft, including decorating their very own yoga mat to take home at the end of the week in order to keep their yoga practice going!Little Yogis is for all children- no experience needed. June 13 - June 17,1:00 - 4:00PM, Grades K - 2, Cost $210. Gymnastics is the BEST sport to develop strength, coordination and flexibility. Campers will have a great time while learning new skills and developing confidence with movement. Children will be respected for individuality and will progress at their own pace. Appropriate challenges and encouragement will be given to new gymnasts and to those with more experience. We will work on tumbling skills, rolls, cartwheels, rounds offs, back bend bridges, walkovers and back handspring drills. We will work on the beam, bar, and springboard. Rhythmic gymnastics skills will also take place (hoops, ropes and balls.) Gymnasts may wear shorts and a t-shirt, girls can wear a leotard if they prefer. No tights unless they don't cover the feet (they are too slippery.) We will take an outside break each day and have a snack. Please send a water bottle (marked with their name) with your child. Campers will predict, experiment, and build. They will also engage in storytelling and create simple "make and take" masterpieces that tie into our daily science lesson. June 27 - July 1, 8:30 - 11:30AM, Grades K - 3, Cost $180. Get ready for an adventure of EPIC proportions...SuperHero Training is here! Run as fast as The Flash, smash like The Hulk and fling your shield like Captain America. Participants will use all their superpowers as they explore what it means to have the character of a superhero through interactive games/ obstacle courses and fitness fun. June 27 - July 1, 8:30 – 11:30AM, Grades Preschool - K, Cost $210. Create awesome works of art with clay and glass! Wooly mammoths, owls, and dragons are just a few of the items we will create during the week. Explore the details of creating with the combination of clay and glass. All items are made from scratch. Every child will have a chance to use the pottery wheel twice. Some items will be make and take and some will be fired and delivered, about 3-4 after camp, to the school for pickup. July 18 - July 22, 1:00 - 4:00PM, Grades Preschool - K, Cost $180. Insects! Bees! Walking Sticks! Beetles! Insects are everywhere and they have been here for more than 350 million years!!
