Early Childhood

The physical education program for early childhood emphasizes movement, gross motor development, and cooperation.

Lower School

The lower school program emphasizes body awareness and the development of gross motor skills, locomotors and manipulative skills, hand-eye and foot-eye coordination, as well as listening and cooperation. After school activities offer intramural sports opportunities.

Middle School

Middle school instruction focuses on skill improvement, personal fitness, teamwork, and making physical activity fun. Students are introduced to a wide variety of individual and team activities.
